Charlotte J Studio always wants to delivery high quality pieces of jewellery that will last a lifetime. If you think your item is faulty please contact us via email or our online form so that we can assess the situation. 

Made to order items are handcrafted especially for you, so refunds will only be issued to pieces that arrive faulty or experience faults within the first year of wear. Free repairs are also available for items that meet this criteria. Particular gemstones such as opals can be extremely delicate so please take care in bumping or dropping your piece as this sort of damage will not be covered under warranty. 

Ready to ship items can be exchanged for other ready to ship items only and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that this is subject to availability. In the case that there are no ready to ship pieces available, a credit note will be issued to use on future shop updates. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and cannot be used to purchase made to order items.
